Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions shall supersede any provisions, terms, and conditions contained on any confirmation order, or other writing Buyer may give or receive, and the rights of the parties shall be governed exclusively by the provisions, terms, and conditions hereof.

FREIGHT All Orders are shipped UPS Ground. United Parcel Service (UPS) picks up late afternoon. We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of reciept, except weekends and holidays, which will ship on next business day. We are not responsible for shortages or damages incurred by the carrier after the shipment is picked up from our dock. It is YOUR responsibility to file claims with the Delivering Carrier. Do not sign for any merchandise which appears damaged until you inspect it. We must be notified by phone of any shipping errors immediately upon receipt of shipment.

WARRANTIES Products sold by autoparts-USA.com carry only the manufacturers’ warranty. autoparts-USA.com shall not be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from any defect in material or workmanship. For all purposes, autoparts-USA.com shall be considered a “product seller” as defined in O.C.G.A. Section 51-1-11.1 or as any similar defined product distributor under any other state or federal statute to which this contract may be subject. Items Claimed defective may be returned with a Return Authorization Number. All DEFECTIVE PARTS MUST BE TAGGED, specifying the “Nature of Defect”. TAGS are available upon request.

PRICING All merchandise pricing is subject to change WITHOUT NOTICE. Priced packing slips accompany each order, and serve as your invoice and current price guide. Changes are usually prompted by fluctuations passed on by the manufacturers whose products we distribute.

Return Of Merchandise A Return Authorization MUST Be Obtained From Our Return Department BEFORE returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned to us without a Return Authorization Number is subject to a 25% Restocking Fee if credit is issued. Unauthorized Returns will be refused. Returns must be returned PREPAID within 30 days of authorization and MUST include the Return Authorization Number on the packages as well as on your packing list. Every effort will be made to process any authorization return in the same month, if return is received by the 20th of the month. Credits will be priced at original purchase price and apply to future purchases only. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Merchandise ordered in error EXCLUDING Special Order Items, which are Non-Returnable, must be returned within 30 days to avoid a 20% Restocking Fee.

Backorders & Dropships Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of merchandise. We maintain a large inventory at our facility, but in the event we do not have your part in stock, it will be dropshipped direct from the manufacturer. If the part will not be shipped within 10 days, you will be notified by email (if provided) with an estimated delivery time. Your order will be billed in its entirety, and backordred or dropshipped items will be shipped as noted on your invoice.
